Job summary

American Excelsior is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot production equipment, and repair facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll support equipment installations, follow preventive maintenance schedules, document work orders, and help manage parts inventory while upholding safety standards. This 2nd shift runs 3pm–11pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on reliability and quality of operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with production equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures.

Job description

The Maintenance Technician III performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems. The role supports equipment installations, follows preventive maintenance schedules, and documents work orders. This position also helps maintain parts inventory and contributes to overall facility safety and upkeep.

This is a 2nd shift position, working hours from 3pm to 11pm, Monday thru Friday.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required. The employee must be able to safely use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and fall protection as needed. Work is performed in both office and shop floor environments with standard lighting, equipment, and varying noise levels.
