Performs skilled maintenance, repair, adjustment and minor construction work in the trades to ensure that facilities are properly maintained. Maintains buildings, grounds, performing maintenance, repairs and other duties for campus buildings and satellite offices including Avow Treasures store. Trains less-skilled employees in facilities maintenance. Maintains repairs and inspects HVAC units on all campuses. Assists Lead Facilities Coordinator and Facilities Director as needed.

QualificationsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma Required. Certification in electrical or contracting services preferred. 3-5 years of related experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Florida Driver’s License. Crowed Control Manager within 90 days of employment.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic typing skills, data entry and word processing software. Database software and general knowledge of e-mail is preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
