Position Overview

Maintenance Technician III – Lynnwood, WA (Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, 40 hours per week) at Beaver Creek & Beaver Cove, LIHTC properties.

Responsibilities

Maintain buildings by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, construction, janitorial, routine appliance upkeep, and other related maintenance activities as required.
Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
Assist in developing scopes of work for small improvements/services and procure qualified contractors to bid the work.
Pick up trash on grounds and keep breezeways, sidewalks, and grounds clear of clutter and debris.
Operate landscaping tools (rake, shovel, prune, mowers) and maintain fences and/or walls as needed.
Maintain all sidewalks and parking lots, including snow blowing, painting lines, numbers, and other stenciling when necessary.
Clean and turnover vacant apartments to ensure the apartment is rent‑ready for the next tenant within 5–10 days.
Schedule and conduct pre‑moveout inspections, accurately cost out necessary repairs, and provide repair estimates.

Compensation

Salary range: $33.00–39.00 per hour. Salary is typically hired between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range depending on experience and rent benefit adjustments.
