As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of our properties, maintaining and enhancing residents' living experiences. Your responsibilities include diagnosing problems and making repairs to maintain the physical condition of the community, ensuring timely service requests and repairs. Key duties include:

• Over 3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications or willingness to learn).
• Flexibility for on-call rotation.
• Strong communication skills for customer service.
• Ability to understand policies, safety data sheets, and proper chemical handling.
• Knowledge of PPE, emergency systems, and paint types.
