  • Install and repair piping, valves, fixtures, and other mechanical systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment operating efficiently.
  • Maintain hospital buildings and off-site properties to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, vendors, and other departments to support daily operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and install building systems, utilities, and equipment
  • Work on electrical systems, including 120/208/277/480-volt equipment and related power and control devices
  • Install and repair piping, valves, fixtures, and other mechanical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment operating efficiently
  • Maintain hospital buildings and off-site properties to ensure they remain safe, attractive, and functional
  • Recommend replacement parts and assist with maintaining inventory
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, vendors, and other departments to support daily operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate's degree in a related field, completion of a technical program, or 5–7 years of maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes and safe work practices
  • A dependable team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
