A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and train new employees. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient production through equipment repairs and adherence to safety practices. Candidates should have significant experience in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong mechanical background.
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all equipment products in a pipe coating facility while following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Duties include, but not limited to, repair of equipment including conveyors, drives and gearboxes, wheelabrator, and bearings and shafts. Responsible for training new employees in maintenance process and procedures.
