Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls (e.g., Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCAT)
Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, robotics, drives, and motion controls
Understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
Familiarity with CMMS platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
4–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
2 years of experience with a recognized trade certification
