We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech II to join our community! As a Team Partner in Maintenance, you will handle repairs, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems, and components. We operate Monday - Friday, with periodic night and weekend overtime. We provide immediate openings and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting equipment issues using observation and testing instruments
  • Assisting with emergency and non-emergency repairs
  • Repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and control systems
  • Following blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Performing boiler chemical and wastewater testing, recording results, and making chemical adjustments
  • Conducting safety checks on boilers and performing repairs
  • Inspecting and maintaining motors, belts, fluids, filters, and other parts
  • Performing basic welding activities
  • Inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment parts
  • Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Two-year technical degree preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience; military experience considered
  • Ability to read blueprints and maintenance literature in English
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Lockout/Tagout experience required
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
