Employee supports maintenance activities performed by the company maintenance team members. This includes equipment inspections, hands on repair activities, and engages in all safety procedures, PPE, and trainings.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Makes routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery and equipment.
  • Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs plant machines, equipment and structures.
  • Operates within prescribed quality and safety policies and procedures.
  • Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform basic checkouts.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment.

What You Bring

  • High school/trade school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good knowledge of methods, practices and procedures in one or more craft areas.
  • Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions,
  • Proficient with tools and equipment common to trade.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to resolve maintenance issues.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $26.68 to $36.50 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
