Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Lansing, Michigan. The role focuses on keeping all equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks, supporting the engineering team and Chief Engineer.

You will help maintain a safe environment for guests and staff by following safety standards, delivering courteous service, and being a reliable team player across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by following safety standards.
• Provide courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when needed.
• Knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist on the engineering team, including the Chief Engineer, with building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and aware of Job Safety Analysis guides.
