An established industry player is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of skilled maintenance functions, ensuring timely apartment turnovers and maintaining the overall quality of the properties. You'll be responsible for repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, while also providing emergency support as needed. General Statement of Duties:
Under limited supervision, performs skilled maintenance functions including minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, painting, and heating/air issues that do not require a license.
Supervision: Reports to Maintenance Supervisor. No supervisory duties.
