Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• HVAC maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC Certification preferred; EPA Certification Type I/II or Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.

This role is hands-on and service-oriented, supporting daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs.
