Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in construction or related hands-on field.
• Proven experience with hand and power tools independently.
• Ability to read and understand English per OSHA safety.
• Basic math for measurements.
• Ability to become forklift certified and operate equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair tasks with hand and power tools with minimal supervision.
• Carpentry, painting, caulking, cutting, and cosmetic container repairs.
• Operate forklifts safely and get certified if needed.
• Use standard shop equipment and perform required cutting operations safely.
• Pressure wash and clean containers.
• Rig and lift materials for repair work.
• Move materials with hand carts and assist staging.
• Follow repair instructions and apply sound judgment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
