Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, building trades, assembly work, or related hands‑on field.
• Proven experience using hand and power tools independently.
• Ability to read and understand English per OSHA safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repair tasks using hand and power tools with minimal supervision.
• Complete general carpentry repairs, painting, caulking, cutting, and cosmetic container repairs.
• Operate forklifts safely (certification provided if needed).
• Operate standard shop equipment and perform cutting operations safely.
• Pressure wash and clean containers.
• Rig and lift materials as part of repair work.
• Move materials using hand carts and assist with staging and organization.
• Follow repair instructions and safety guidance with sound judgment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
