Job summary

Gene B. Glick Company in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Regency Park community (120 units). The role includes routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and resident support, with a $1,000 hiring bonus paid after 6 months of employment.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and common area upkeep, plus grounds and vacant apartment preparations in a hands-on, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience desirable.
• EPA designation/certification required.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Able to work overtime and during emergencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests efficiently and courteously.
• Repair and maintain electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting.
• Repair/maintain basic plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Service and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Maintain lawns, grounds, and parking areas.
• Repair building exteriors and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness.
• Provide resident support and respond to after-hours calls.
