Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests efficiently and courteously.
• Repair basic electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting.
• Repair, install and maintain plumbing fixtures and basic appliances.
• Service and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping of common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition.
