Job summary

The Property Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for residents across our portfolio. You will perform daily inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, and systems, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Applicants should have at least three years of maintenance experience, basic carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall skills, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
• HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related skills to conduct maintenance and preventative measures.
