Maintenance Technician II Full Time 3rd Shift

Join us as a Maintenance Technician II at Q Center.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Engineer, Level 2, is responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standards with minimal disruption to guests and staff. This role provides support for maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, building equipment, and property structures.

The position works from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with a salary range of $25-33/hr.

Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of progressive experience preferred.
  • Trade school or college coursework helpful.
  • EPA Refrigeration Technician Certification.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Physical Requirements
  • Flexible shifts and long hours sometimes required.
  • Heavy lifting and exertion, occasionally over 100 pounds.
  • Comfort working from heights up to 40 feet.
Fundamental Responsibilities
  • Attend to guest and staff needs courteously and promptly.
  • Monitor department functions and report issues.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, generators, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Make basic repairs and operate various tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety and operational procedures, including reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in training and inventory management.
  • Respond effectively to maintenance requests and emergencies.
