Job summary

A leading food manufacturer in Lansing, Michigan is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The role involves improving, maintaining, and repairing equipment used in manufacturing, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and ability to troubleshoot/repair electrical circuits required.
• Knowledge and experience with Safe Quality Foods (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, scheduling, and maintenance activities.
• Proactively maintains water treatment and distribution systems and equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance of utility systems, including PLCs and instrumentation.
