High school diploma or G.E.D., with two years course work from a technical or vocational school in the major trades including construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred, and Three to five years' experience in the construction industry performing skilled work in one of the major trades, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
