Under limited supervision, the MaintenanceTechnician II performs various skilled maintenance functions including minor repairs that do not require the need for a license in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, painting, heating/air issues.

The compensation range for this role is $18.70 per hour to $24.00 per hour .
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
