Responsibilities

• Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community, ensuring a quality living experience for residents.
• Utilize troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems.
• Develop rapport with residents and assist with resolving general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) promptly.
• Work closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartment units for leasing according to company standards.
• Help maintain strong curb appeal at the property.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
• CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire).
• Fair housing training required; CAMT certification preferred.
• Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to be on call as needed.

Pay Range: $16.83 - $19.95 per hour

This range is approximate and may vary based on experience, education, and certifications. Additional bonuses or commissions may apply.
