This position is for a full-time Maintenance Tech II at Ainahau I/II, a family affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a HOME/Market property. Candidates should have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, with knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills are required; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus. Salary range: $22.80 - $34.20/hour, with a typical starting range of $22.80 - $28.50/hour, depending on experience. Final offers will consider experience and current salary levels.

Background Checks and Drug Testing
Candidates will undergo criminal background checks, education and employment verification, and fingerprinting if required. Drug testing is mandatory, excluding marijuana/cannabis. Satisfactory completion of these checks is a condition of employment.
