Maintenance Technician II (7p-7a) Starting at $31.50/hour

Position Details

This is a night shift position working 7pm-7am, based in North East. The starting pay is $31.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with match, effective from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Perform installation and repair of equipment in the plant, including preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building.
  • Follow all safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain product quality, adjust manufacturing processes as needed.
  • Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and make adjustments to equipment.
  • Provide emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance on production machinery.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic issues.
  • Read equipment manuals and work orders, perform simple machinist skills.
  • Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Report faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual situations.
  • Assist and train production employees on machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Limited travel may be required.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
  • Preferred: Minimum of five years' industrial maintenance experience.
  • Essential skills: punctuality, computer skills, effective communication, ability to work under pressure, independent work capability, teamwork, and proactive contribution.
