Maintenance Technician II - 2nd shift - First Year $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Join us as a Maintenance Technician II - 2nd shift at Ardent Mills. We are offering a $10,000 Sign On Bonus for first-year technicians.

Position Details

Salary: $37.58 + $.50 shift differential per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of plant maintenance including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and building repairs.
• Complete work orders and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment such as air compressors, dryers, boilers, etc.
• Perform general repairs on buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• Basic welding and cutting skills.
• Knowledge of equipment typical in the grain processing industry, including conveyors, packers, labelers, and palletizers.
• Understanding of 480V / 3PH electrical systems and PLC ladder logic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with carpentry, fabrication, plumbing, and sheet metal work.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to work at heights up to 130 ft.
• Work outdoors year-round and in grain processing environments.

Additional Information

Applicants will undergo a hands-on skills assessment. Team members must adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of respirators, and maintain a professional appearance.
