Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers.

This role also involves preventive maintenance, welding, boiler chemical testing, safety, housekeeping, inventory and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance; perform welding activities; test boiler chemicals and adjust chemistry as needed.
• Respond to emergency alarms and mentor Maintenance Technician I partners.
• Maintain inventory, prepare maintenance records and coordinate with inside/outside service companies.
