Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers; performing preventive/predictive maintenance; addressing safety concerns; and keeping maintenance records.

The role requires reading English maintenance literature, blueprint reading, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military.
• Must be able to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience reading blueprints and working from diagrams.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills for maintenance records and reporting.
• Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and monitor equipment condition.
• Address safety concerns and maintain a clean working environment (indoor and outdoor).
• Monitor inventory supplies and maintain maintenance records.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $31.67 - $40.47/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
