Job summary

DuraTech Industries, a growing printing manufacturer in Wisconsin, seeks a Maintenance Technician II for 2nd or 3rd shifts. You will install new equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.

You’ll document maintenance activities and contribute to ongoing improvements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 3 years of maintenance experience, and proficiency with hand tools, schematics, and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience in maintenance or manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment and ensure functionality; perform preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Design or suggest improvements for equipment or structures to aid maintenance.
• Test equipment after repairs or changes and document findings.
• Maintain safety procedures per company policy and OSHA requirements.
