Maintenance Technician II; 1st shift 6am-2pm; $27.34/hour

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician II at STANLEY Engineered Fastening. We are seeking dedicated professionals to contribute to our manufacturing operations.

Job Details

Shift: 1st shift, 6am-2pm

Salary: $27.34/hour

Responsibilities
  • Assemble, disassemble, repair, rebuild, and overhaul machines including cold form headers, thread rollers, and assembly machines.
  • Perform routine bench and machining operations on various parts.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, building, and facilities components such as pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, gas, and water systems.
  • Maintain and repair facilities.
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality, reporting to work on time.
Qualifications
  • Experience in building maintenance including HVAC, fire protection, equipment setup/relocation, pipe fitting, industrial air compressors, and preventative maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues efficiently.
  • Preferred experience with welding and fabrication equipment, including oxyacetylene and arc-welding units.
  • Familiarity with power and hand tools and safe usage practices.
  • Ability to complete forklift and scissor lift training.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
  • Walking or standing routinely.
  • Repetitive motion work frequently.
  • Moderate to heavy lifting and bending frequently.
Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or similar.
