Generac Power Systems Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support and service production lines in our Wisconsin facility. You will perform mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting and maintenance of production line equipment, and assist with facility upkeep including 5S implementation and parts management.
With 2+ years in industrial maintenance, you will read blueprints, work from schematics, and follow OSHA/NEC safety guidelines.

Following established process and procedures, the Maintenance Technician ll performs emergency, routine and preventive maintenance on all production and building equipment while maintaining safety and communicating effectively. This position is responsible for daily problem solving and repair of robotic, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or small outdoor power equipment associated with manufacturing and facility operations.
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment, automation or product repair
Experience reading and working from blueprints and interpreting advances drawings and schematics
Demonstrated knowledge in OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
