Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician II will perform advanced maintenance tasks and oversee the upkeep of all Salvation Army properties in Orange County. This mid-level position requires a higher level of expertise and responsibility, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Essential Functions
PAY RATE: $23.00-$25.00/hr.
Working Conditions
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax, and telephone. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
High School or Equivalent or better.
Proficiency in advanced maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Driver's License
