Job summary

BRAVA ROOF & TILE is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production in a fast-paced environment. You will read schematics, troubleshoot automated equipment, and perform mold changes on presses to ensure uptime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing with strong mechanical and electrical skills, PLC experience, and experience with work orders. High school diploma required; plastic processing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 3+ years mechanical knowledge (Required).
• 3+ years electrical knowledge (Required).
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance (Preferred).
• 2+ years in plastic processing facility maintenance (Preferred).
• 5+ years with automated equipment and PLCs (Preferred).
• 3+ years with work order management (Preferred).
• HVAC & Boiler system experience (Preferred).
• Manufacturing experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Generate and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, parts used.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, motor starters, limit switches, sensors, solenoids.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, conveyors, material handling systems.
• Perform mold changes on presses as required.
• Collaborate with Pre-Production Managers/Supervisor on repairs and improvements.
• Work with large projects and delegate duties to contractors as needed.
