This is a night shift position; interested candidates should be available to work Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3 a.m.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:Maintains all manufacturing and facility equipment for optimum performance and reliability.Conducts daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual PMs as scheduled by TDW Maintenance Management SystemDiagnoses the cause of problems, replaces or repairs defective components, and testsTests electrical circuits and components to locate shorts, faulty connections, and defective parts and replaces or repairs to suit.Uses a variety of power and hand tools, material handling equipment, and electric meters in performing duties.Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Performs minor plumbing maintenanceResponds immediately, as requested, to safety concerns. Implements immediate containment to protect people, products, and the facility,Implements permanent corrective action within an agreed-upon time,Works with plant safety teams, as required, to implement preventive measures,Adheres to TDW HSE guidelines and lock-out/tag-out procedures while performing maintenance and repair of equipment.Drives continuous improvement by utilizing existing and new preventive and predictive maintenance toolsIdentifies chronic machine/equipment issues and works with the team to prevent recurrenceExperienceMinimum 1 year of working experience in facility/manufacturing maintenanceCompletion of high school educationKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBasic understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentryBasic computer skills: Windows, Internet Explorer
