This role diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, executes repairs, and supports continuous improvement. The position collaborates across teams to meet production, safety, and quality targets.**Primary Responsibilities*** Perform scheduled preventive maintenance per CMMS work orders* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems* Repair or replace components to restore equipment uptime* Document work completed, parts used, and downtime causes* Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions* Support equipment installations and process improvements* Follow safety procedures, LOTO, and environmental standards* Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and housekeeping standards**Minimum Requirements*** High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred* 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing* Proficiency reading schematics and using test equipment* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work varied shifts* Work authorization to legally work without sponsorship**Preferred Requirements*** Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field* 5+ years experience with PLCs, motors, and conveyors* Certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, electrical or mechanical)* Experience with CMMS and continuous improvement methods (Lean/5S)Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $30.72.In addition to your salary, H.B.
