The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Services professional to perform technical maintenance tasks for California Baptist University. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, along with general maintenance of campus facilities.

Pay Range: The compensation for this appointment will range from $25.00 to $29.00 hourly and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this staff appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. CBU offers a robust suite of employee benefits.
Performs a wide range of facilities services tasks including technical maintenance of structural, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning facilities and equipment, at a level not requiring formal licensure.
This position could be responsible for working with outside contractors.
A valid California Driver’s license is required.

Vocational / technical training in a directly related craft area with 3 or more years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
