Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of the community and provide world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage resident service requests in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. The role requires coordinating with technicians and contractors while delivering reliable, friendly service daily.

Our Maintenance Technicians diagnose maintenance issues, make necessary repairs and ensure all resident service requests and other community maintenance is completed in a timely manner

What you'll be doing
