Starting Hiring Rate: $31.47/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential

Join our manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician! In this role, you will perform planned, predictive, and emergency maintenance on automated equipment, electrical power distribution systems, and mechanical machinery to ensure peak operational uptime.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, PLC controls, DC drives, motors, relays, switchboards, and pneumatic conveyor equipment.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute strict PM schedules, inspect equipment per OSHA guidelines, and perform evaluations using ammeters, meggers, and gauges to prevent unplanned downtime.

  • Installation & Mechanics: Read schematics and technical prints to cut/thread electrical conduit, perform complex wiring assignments, and assemble new production line machinery.

  • Continuous Improvement: Track shift metrics (downtime/breakdowns), maintain repair logs, order replacement parts, and support facility HVAC/plumbing upkeep.

What You Bring
  • Trade School Certification or Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance (or Journeyman-level equivalent).

  • Analytical Curiosity: Passion for investigating the root cause of electrical and mechanical failures rather than applying temporary fixes.

  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with 3-phase power, control circuits, schematics, and standard diagnostic tools.

  • Adaptability & Safety: Dedication to OSHA safety standards, active communication with production teams, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years as a Multi-Craft (Electrical & Mechanical) Industrial Maintenance Technician.

  • Experience supporting automated machinery and plant utility systems.
