Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for assisting with and maintaining the overall appearance and maintenance needs of the community. Responsibilities include curb appeal; assisting the Maintenance Manager; coordinating make-readies and move-in/move-out schedules; performing general maintenance repairs; conducting preventative maintenance; and overseeing construction/rehabilitation needs of the community. The candidate will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to support property goals, resident retention, and ensure a quality living experience.
