Overview :
As a Maintenance Field Technician II, you will complete general repairs, scheduled maintenance service, and emergency maintenance service at various commercial restaurants. You can expect to complete scheduled work including but not limited to lot line painting, interior and exterior building painting, basic electrical and plumbing, material finish repairs, door hardware, floor tile, ceiling tile etc. Work priorities and locations will be scheduled and coordinated with our maintenance dispatcher on a weekly basis.
