Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year apartment maintenance experience is essential.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal is required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Respond to emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist Service Manager with community maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like :

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A / C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

Qualifications
