Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Sierra at Otay Ranch Apartments in Chula Vista, CA. You will perform daily maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and prepare vacant units for new residents.

You'll participate in on-call rotation, ensure safety and cleanliness, inspect common areas, and coordinate with vendors to maintain the property's high standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Minimum one year of property maintenance or related trade experience.

Responsibilities
