Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for an apartment community. The role involves performing maintenance across multiple trades, assisting the Service Manager, and ensuring timely completion of service requests, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

The position requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work on-call. A/C certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsabilités

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
