Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 4:00AM-2:30PM, Wednesday - Saturday 8:00PM-6:30AM

Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our building, grounds, and equipment, ensuring safety standards and timely general cleaning.

You will…

• Maintain and repair machinery such as conveyor systems, HVAC, scanners, doors, etc.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and facilities, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and provide repair/replacement recommendations.
• Prioritize repair schedules to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct facility inspections and coordinate with personnel to meet maintenance needs.
• Report major concerns to management.

You are…

• Mechanically inclined, curious about how things work, comfortable handling tools.

You have…

• 5+ years of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Qualified to handle electrical components, controls, HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, schematics.
• Proficient with power tools, PIT equipment, and mechanical devices.
• Knowledge of GMP/TPM/LEAN/OSHA standards and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ammonia, refrigeration, or PSM systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (~40°F).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
