Position Overview:

The Maintenance Mechanic I will be based at our Springfield, MO facility, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electronic and electrical equipment, installing and upgrading machinery, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
2. Maintain electronic and electrical systems and components.
3. Program and troubleshoot using programming devices.
4. Install and upgrade equipment.
5. Calibrate and verify metrology equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or
• Two-year technical degree in maintenance from an accredited institution.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or related field.

Compensation & Benefits:
