Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service multiple trades across our multifamily properties. You will complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, EPA/CP0 certifications preferred, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years maintenance experience.
  • Multitrade skills (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of appliances.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
  • Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Maintain inventory and shop organization.
  • Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
  • Demonstrate safe operation of tools and diagnostic equipment and safety procedures.
  • Maintain personal tool inventory.
  • Complete required safety and compliance training.
  • This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus monthly bonus potential and $1,500 Sign On Bonus

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and on-call rotation

What You’ll Do

Skilled Repairs & Diagnostics

  • Independently complete service requests and make-readyturns.
  • Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.

Operational Execution

  • Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Maintain inventory and shop organization.
  • Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.

Safety, Tools & Compliance

  • Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnosticequipment,and chemical safety procedures.
  • Maintain personal tool inventory.
  • Complete required safety and compliance training.

Additional Duties

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 2+yearsmaintenance experiencerequired(multifamily preferred).
  • Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades(electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of appliances.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Certifications

  • Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certificationis preferred (where applicable).

Skills

  • Comfortable diagnosing routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
  • Ability to complete full make-ready turns independently.
  • Safe use of meters and diagnostic tools.
  • Proficient with work-order systems and basiccomputer and mobiletechnology.
Other Requirements

Availability

This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms. The role may requirelifting50 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The teammembermust be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Working ata personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field isrequired.
