Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Maintenance professional in Pipestone, MN to perform preventative and emergency maintenance on production and warehouse equipment. The role covers HVAC, gas, water, and steam systems with daily inspections and repairs in a FMCG setting.

You will rotate between day and night shifts, with competitive starting wages and benefits after 60 days. Strong teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety rules are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is strongly preferred (2+ years).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Able to lift 10–60+ lbs regularly.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and emergency maintenance on production, warehouse machines, and plant facilities.
• Oversees installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heat, gas, water and steam systems.
• Performs regular checks on buildings, systems, refrigeration, and equipment.
• Maintains and repairs electric forklifts and floor jacks.
• Reads and interprets manuals and work orders; diagnoses problems and replaces parts.
• Follows safety regulations including HACCP and SSOP guidelines.
