Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and solve problems with cost-effective, long-term solutions.
• Perform maintenance work on the property, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
• Coordinate and monitor the quality of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
• Adhere to community on-call rotation requirements for emergency repairs.
• Ensure prompt response to all service requests.
• Assist with daily inspections of community grounds and interior.
