Responsibilities
Accurately diagnose and solve problems with cost-effective, long-term solutions.
Perform maintenance work on the property, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
Coordinate and monitor the quality of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
Adhere to community on-call rotation requirements for emergency repairs.
Ensure prompt response to all service requests.
Assist with daily inspections of community grounds and interior.
