Qualifications

• Minimum education requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred two-year technical degree in Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
• 0–3 years in industrial maintenance or similar experience.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and document reports.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols.
