Maintenance/Service Technician I

We’re seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and “market-ready” apartment community. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and assist with the overall upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vacated units for new residents following a schedule
  • Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
  • Assist with appliance replacement and key/lock changes
  • Support cleanliness and safety of community grounds
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
