Job summary

Barrett & Stokely Inc is seeking a maintenance technician to handle preventative maintenance and repair requests at our on-site properties. You will provide excellent customer service while addressing plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other tasks as they arise.

The role includes after-hours on-call rotation, completing work orders timely, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready within five business days. Valid driver's license preferred; must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks.
• Fix maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Complete service requests within stated timeframes.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in within five business days.

This includes timely and responsive resolution to assigned maintenance requests.Assist with completing maintenance service requests involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other types.Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled, responds to emergency service requests (after-hour emergency calls).Complete all maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe and make most apartments ready within five (5) business days of vacancy.Qualifications:High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.Valid driver's license preferred.
